RP SOS Pump Level Control – Electrode Level Switch for Pumps | Adjustable from 2 mm

The RP SOS Pump Level Control Electrode Level Switch is a compact and highly precise solution for automatic pump activation and deactivation in confined spaces. Thanks to its electrode-based technology, this level switch operates from a water level as low as 2 mm, where conventional float switches are ineffective.

The level switch is easily mounted to the pump handle and connected via the supplied plug connector. Using three separate electrodes, the start and stop levels can be set with great accuracy, ensuring reliable pump control and effective protection against dry running and overflow.

Electrode operation

The system uses three electrodes, each with a specific function:

• Ground electrode (yellow cap) – Positioned at the bottom and used as a reference point for stable measurement.
• Start electrode (red cap) – Activates the pump when the water reaches this level.
• Stop electrode (black cap) – Switches the pump off when the water level drops below this point.

This configuration ensures precise water level control, even in narrow pump pits, basements and technical installations.
